Abstracts from the payrolls of two mines of the Columbus & Hocking Coal & Iron Co. as entered into the the record of the investigation into the causes of the Hocking Valley Coal Strike which show the "blackleg" workers employed during the strike. A "Jos. Peto" appears on the second page.
